Fall Recipes: Low-Fat Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

When you want to eat a whole box of cookies ... make these and forget the guilt! Will serve one pregnant lady or a family of 4 (48 cookies)!
- 2- boxes cake mix (spice, yellow, white, butter pecan)
- 1- 29 oz can pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
- 1- bag semisweet chips/chunks
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix cake mixes and pumpkin until there are no lumps.
Fold in semi-sweet chips/chunks.
Drop by large spoonfuls onto sprayed cookie sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes. Cookies will be soft and moist. YUMMMMM!
