Child Care: Introducing a New Babysitter

Your new sitter's so sweet, but the thought of a trial-by-fire introduction to your kids seems ... well, a little cruel. To get her oriented, invite her over for dinner before her first work day. That way, you can talk, the kids can play with her, and she'll get a real picture of your kids' normal (OK, mutant) behavior.
