Red, White & Blue Cheese Burgers

- 1½ lbs lean ground beef
- 4 oz crumbled blue cheese, divided
- ¾ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp fresh ground pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- 6 sesame buns
- Red onion slices, tomato slices and lettuce leafs (for toppings)
Combine the ground beef, 2 ounces of blue cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Set aside.
Preheat the grill and oil the grill rack.
While the grill is heating, form meat mixture into 6 patties.
Grill burgers for about 5 minutes on each or until desired doneness. During the last 2 minutes of cooking, top the burgers with the remaining blue cheese.
Serve on sesame buns with red onion, tomato and lettuce.

- When forming the patties, make a small dent in the center of each to account for the center of the burger "puffing out" while cooking. This will give you nice, flat burgers.
