Homemade Lobster Baby Halloween Costume Idea

Try your hand, er claw, at making this too-cute homemade costume.

This Halloween, try this idea! Turn your baby into a cute red lobster!
  • A red gown sleeper
  • 1 square orange felt
  • 1-inch wide orange ribbon (lots)
  • A red baby hat
  • Big googly eyes
  • Orange pipe cleaners
  • hot glue gun and hot glue
  • 1
    Cut the orange ribbon into four 2-foot long sections. Carefully glue it across the front of the gown sleeper so that half of the ribbon lays on each side.

    Cut a round orange "belly" out of the felt. Glue it onto the front of the gown sleeper over the ribbon so that the ribbons stick out like legs.

    Glue googly eyes onto front rim of hat.
  • 4
    Glue orange pipe cleaners onto hat to make antenae.
