Not prepared to drop a bundle on a Halloween costume for your bundle of joy? Go for cheap, do-it-yourself designs. Add a pair of fairy wings to that fancy dress your daughter got from Aunt Verna (and never wore), or sew a few socks onto a sleeper to make a baby spider. Might as well save now—in a few years they'll be begging for the pricey stuff!
