The takeout menus on the fridge are a dead giveaway of your family's fondness for Chinese. But if your family's on a health kick, stick with stir-fry. Vegetable, chicken or shrimp stir-fry usually carries less than half the calories of deep-fried dishes. Don't be surprised if those fortune cookies start predicting how great your family's looking.
