
Fun Foods for Kids: Caterpillars
No need to wait for these sweet snacks to turn into butterflies—they're good enough to eat as is!
What You'll Need:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Break each crescent triangle into 5 parts and roll into balls.
Place 5 dough balls together on a pizza stone/cookie sheet.
Repeat for as many caterpillars as you need.
Bake as directed on the package.
Melt the butter.
Brush melted butter over warm crescents.
Sprinkle green sugar sprinkles on top of the butter.
Slice the grape and then cut the slices in half for the eyes.
Use pieces of uncooked spaghetti noodle to stick the eyes into place.
Use pieces of uncooked spaghetti noodle to hold the blueberries in
place for the antennae.
Use pieces of breakfast cereal for the eyes and nose.
