Fun Foods for Kids: Caterpillar Spring Roll

Next time you order in Chinese get an extra spring or summer roll and surprise your kid with a slithery treat. Cut the roll into 1-inch segments and space them out in a wiggly line on a plate. Poke a couple of cloves into a cherry tomato for eyes and add two shredded carrot antennae. Slice a slit in the tomato to form a mouth and set the whole head at the front of the body. Add a bunch of pretzel stick legs and serve your kid's cool caterpillar while you dig into your Mandarin delight!
