Serve Low-Sugar Breakfasts

You refuse to buy sugary cereals for your kids, staunchly avoiding anything that has pink hearts, frosting or red dye #17. But don't be fooled by your average "healthy" box of cereal; most are full of sugar, too. Before you serve your kid another bowl, strain the cereal through a colander. You'll be shocked to see how much sugar you can sift out, green clovers or not.
