Kid Healthy Snack: Homemade Applesauce
MMM- Kids will love it, and its cheaper than buying the premade stuff
- 4 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
- ¾ cup water
- ¼ cup white sugar
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- Combine in a saucepan apples, water, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Cover and cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes, or until apples are soft.
- Cool, then mash with a fork or potato masher.
