Kid Healthy Snack: Icy Berry Smoothie

Just as good as a Jamba Juice, at one-eighth the price. The only problem is that after you make 10, the 11th one isn't free!
- 1 cup frozen berries (blueberries are our favorite)
- 1 ½ cup low-fat/fat-free milk
- ½ cup apple juice
- 3 tbsp nonfat dry milk
Put everything in a blender (it works best if you put the liquid in first).
Blend until it's all smooth.

- The nonfat dry milk in these smoothies adds protein and makes a more satisfying meal. Or else they're ideal for a kid healthy snack.
