Kid Healthy Snack: Peaches and Cream Parfait
- 1 cup vanilla or peach flavored yogurt
- 1 can sliced peaches (drained)
- 1 tbsp wheat germ
- Drain peaches and layer 3 slices in the bottom of a see-through cup or mug.
- Add half of the yogurt on top of the peaches.
- Sprinkle yogurt with half of the wheat germ.
- Repeat all 3 layers. Serve!
