Kid Healthy Snack: Peaches and Cream Parfait

  • 1 cup vanilla or peach flavored yogurt
  • 1 can sliced peaches (drained)
  • 1 tbsp wheat germ
  • 1
    Drain peaches and layer 3 slices in the bottom of a see-through cup or mug.
  • 2
    Add half of the yogurt on top of the peaches.
  • 3
    Sprinkle yogurt with half of the wheat germ.
  • 4
    Repeat all 3 layers. Serve!
