
Pack a 'Snack' Lunch

If your kid prefers to snack on small quantities of food, instead of packing a full sandwich, try packing half a sandwich with nuts, crackers, raisins a cookie or mini candy bar, and a favorite juice or a mini-water bottle. Your kid will get to dig through a "buried treasure" lunch and you'll love that he's eating a variety of different foods.
