In addition to milk, cheese, and yogurt, these are some other high calcium foods:
- Veggies like broccoli, collards, bok choy and spinach
- Tofu, firm, with added calcium sulfate or soy milk with added calcium
- Soybeans and baked beans
- Orange juice with added calcium
