Kids' Nutrition: Get Kids to Eat Fruits and Veggies

Sure you're buying more veggies, but healthy eating only counts if your kids actually eat them. Do your kids' nutrition a favor and take time to cut your vegetables into snack-size bits when you get home. Making healthy snacks as easy to access as the corn chips makes it more likely that your family will reach for them when they're ravenous.
