Kids' Nutrition: Serve Smaller Portions

Your everyday dishes are the size of your dad's old vinyl records. Unfortunately, that means your family is eating way bigger portions than necessary. Reduce portion sizes by serving dinner on 9-inch plates. Research shows that you eat a third less of "bad" foods if they're in smaller containers, which will cut your calories. (Burn even more calories by borrowing dad's records and teaching the kids the Hustle!)
