Kids' Nutrition: Eat Less Sugar

Use agave nectar instead of sugar or artificial sweeteners. It's natural (made from agave succulent plants) and is lower on the glycemic index than most (and possibly all) other sweeteners. In cooking, replace 1 cup of sugar with 1/3 cup of Agave. Find it at your local health-food store. Ah, how sweet it is!
