Kids' Eating: Pasta With Protein

If my kid had her druthers, she'd only eat noodles. Noodles for breakfast, snack, lunch ... you get the picture. I started to stress that she wasn't getting enough nutrients in her food until I found Quinoa noodles! (Pronounced Keen-wah.) They're packed with protein, calcium and iron so I don't have to worry that my kid isn't eating enough nutrients as she gulps down handfuls of macaroni.
