Relaxation Method for Your Kids' Health

With their busy schedules, your kids are as stressed as you are. When they're really tense, teach them to relax by teaching them to tense up. Sounds counter-productive, but clenching all the muscles in their body and then slowly releasing them actually helps them relax. Just try not to get offended when you see their bodies go rigid while you're lecturing.
