Germs and Kids in the Kitchen

You're on intimate terms with your bottle of bleach. (With germs and kids, you pretty much have to be.) You've even gone as far as to replace your bacteria-laden sponges with washable dishrags. But a wet dishrag can also be a haven for germs. Play it safe and let your dishrags dry out completely between uses. Bacteria can't survive without water. (Unfortunately, dirty hands apparently can.)
