Kids' Exercise: Healthy Family Activities

You intended to use that gym membership every single day. But so far, not so much. Instead, spend 30 minutes outside playing with your kids. They'll be thrilled to have you as a playmate and you'll be thrilled to burn a bunch of calories kicking a soccer ball. Then you can cancel your membership and spend the money on a fab pair of sandals to show off your newly toned calves.
