Kids Sleeping Stories: Help! My Child Will Not Sleep Through the Night!

My little girl is almost 2, and I don't believe that she has ever slept completely through the night.
I guess I started this problem, you see she has slept with us since she came home from the hospital. At first it was because I was afraid that she would stop breathing or something in the middle of the night, then when she was around 9 months old she started having febrile seizures, and had she not been right next to me that night I would have never noticed. Now I have this fear that if I put her in her own bed that she will start having a seizure and I will never know.
So because of that fear I find myself up most of the night, fighting to keep my kid sleeping. About every 30 minutes she is waking up crying for her juice sippy. I have seriously considered wearing adult diapers to bed every night just to keep from waking her up when I have to pee in the middle of the night.
She's a really light sleeper. If I get up she right behind me, and then she refuses to go back to sleep, which is exactly what happened tonight. It's 5:15 a.m. and I am sitting here watching Blues Clues with her in my lap, typing this spill and I have to be at work in 2 hours. Help me!
