Morning Role Reversal

I had such a hard time waking up my 9-year-old son for school in the morning that I told him it was now HIS responsibility to wake ME up in the morning. I told him how I was getting quite old and it was getting more and more difficult to get out of bed in the morning—and it would help me sooooooo much if he could wake me up after his alarm went off.
He went from grumbling about getting out of bed to being happy to help out his "poor old mom." He's now 11, and he gets up, showers and gets ready for school all by himself.
