Nanny 911: Daily Family Schedule for Meals and Naps
I have three boys, ages 2 months, 3 and 5. Can you provide an example of the parenting schedules you talk about on Nanny 911? I am afraid I will either overdo it or under-do it with my own schedule. I need some inspiration because what I have made just doesn't cut it for the boys.
Here's a sample schedule for keeping your days with the kids organized:
7:00/7:30 AM: Wake up, get showered and get dressed before the children get up.
7:30/8:00 AM: Breakfast
9:00 AM: Dress the kids.
9:30 AM to noon: Playtime for the kids whilst you do chores, pay bills, etc., maybe even run errands.
Noon: Lunchtime
12:30–3:00 PM: Nap/quiet time
3:00 PM: Snack time
3:30–5:30 PM: Play with the kids and start dinner.
5:30–6:30 PM: Set up for dinner with the help of the kids, have dinner, then clean up the kitchen.
6:30–7:30 PM: Bedtime routine—bath, brush teeth, read books, bed and bottle for little ones 7:30 PM: Enjoy time as a couple.
