Newborn Picture ideas.

My sister is due very soon, in fact any day, with her baby girl Julianna. She wants some cute, simple ideas to take photos. Mostly with home props because those cute knitted reindeer hats and the adorable knitted turtle outfit we all see on pinterest are impossible to find.

Your photographer should have quite a few props like that themselves. You might ask, let him/her know that is something you are interested in doing. My cousin is a photographer (here is her link) and she has props stacked up to the ceiling. Hats, furniture, outfits... you name it. Worth a shot.

I can't find a picture right now but we took a picture of our newborn son on top of a giant teddy bear which was bigger than him. It looks like he's giving it a big bear hug in the photo :)
