I think we did a post about this but it's been a while and I don't know about your kids, but my boys' answers have changed already!

Poll inspired by Will saying tonight while we waited in the checkout line at the grocery store, "I want to be a superhero when I grow up! ... Am I grown up yet?"

Alex used to want to be a physical therapist or "an exercise teacher like Jillian Michaels," but now he wants to be a singer when he grows up! Give the boy a toy microphone and some music to sing along with and he's happy. :)

Christobel (3) said she wanted to be a teacher because she heard on the news that a lot of schools in Ireland are having intense budget cuts and she wants to do something about it (bless her heart, haha). Fionnabhair said she wanted to either be a football player or a swimmer and go to the Olympics (she was disappointed when we told her that it was only this time that the Olympics were in London because I guess that was most of her reasoning behind it, "But... But I want to go to... to London" *Cue the sad face*). I asked them what Niall and Louis should be when they grow up. They said that Niall should be a butler like Nialls on the show "The Nanny" and that Louis should work in a pub so that he can get them free drinks when they're older... I'm so proud, haha.

My daughter Julia (6) wants to be a Princess when she grows up. And if that falls through she wants to be a ballerina. Clara (6) wants to be the first US girl to play on Liverpool FC. She doesn't have a back up - it's Liverpool or bust apparently. My 2.5 year old Annie wants to be Olivia the pig. We aim big in my house! (Stella, at 3 months, doesn't have any ambitions yet.)

My son Ashley who's 3 wants to be a musician like his daddy haha. I asked him what he thought his unborn sisters should be when they grow up:

Ashley: "Uhhh... Lo-lye (he can't say Lorelei) should be a cooker so she can make me food and Co-lan (He hasn't gotten Copeland yet either haha) should be a cleaner so she can pick up all my toys"

Me: "So you want your sisters to take care of you when you all grow up?"

Ashley: "Of course... what else are little sisters good for?"

I asked my almost 3 year old daughter this recently and she told me she wants to be a "bugger". Um what? I asked her what she thought that meant, and it turns out it was a lengthy definition that culminated in her being able to wear her bumblebee costume all the time.

it's true that it changes every other day. Right now my 11 year old wants to be a marine biologist, she's actually stuck to that one for a long time! She's thrilled about a camp she's going to that involves snorkeling and ocean activities.

My 6 year old wants to have a ranch and have animals and fruit and veggie trees(so I guess a cowgirl/produce?)

I just have to include my little nephew on this one. He's been saying that he wants to be a yellow dinosaur, he's 3!

They always say something different, haha. This morning Madeleine said "a mom and a cowgirl," and Juliana said "a daddy-sitter and climb mountain Hood."

A superhero? That's cute!

My boys are 4 & 2 and want to be the footballer Ashley Cole.

Then Jack's daughter (12) just informed me this morning she's going to be a chef or just a mum.
