School Lunch Ideas: Soy Chicken

My daughter has some food issues and it's not always easy to find things for her to eat in her packed lunch for school. I recently tried out the Boca soy faux chicken patties for her and she couldn't tell the difference. I'm happy and she's happy. Long live soy!
