Your teenager is counting the days till she can tear out of the driveway like the big, bad driver's-license-carrier she'll be. Before that dreaded day arrives, however, decide what rules she'll have to follow in order to keep her car privileges—making the honor roll every quarter; getting a part-time job to pay for gas; obeying a 10 PM weekend curfew—and share that plan with your soon-to-be Speed Racer.
