Prepare Your Teen for Driving on Winter Roads

Calm your nerves about your teen's winter driving (just a little) by making sure she's prepared to handle a driving emergency. Stock her trunk with an emergency kit complete with flares, a gas can, water, snacks, jumper cables, a flashlight, a blanket and a spare set of clothes. Now if only there was a kit to deal with other kinds of teenage emergencies, like when your favorite show gets preempted by a presidential speech.
