Have a teen who needs to learn money management? Get her a prepaid spending card from your bank instead of paying her allowance in cash. They work like debit cards and help kids learn to keep track of their funds. Plus, unlike with a credit card, you don't have to worry about them splurging on $100 shoes they (or you) can't afford.
