
Use Aromatherapy to Relieve Your Teen's Stress

Between that upcoming math test and this weekend's basketball game, it's no wonder that your kid is feeling stressed. The smell of basil essential oil might help relieve some of her tension. Dab a few drops on her backpack straps or put some in an oil burner or diffuser in her room. We recommend whatever works—except wearing it as an eau de toilette. There's nothing pretty about smelling like pesto all day long.
