Bad Parenting Advice #612: Making New Mom Friends

I just moved into a kid-friendly neighborhood and I'm hoping to make some mom friends. What's the best way to make mom friends?
A: When looking to make mom friends, you might want to meet their husbands first and dress in a "friendly" way. Show off your double-D breastfeeding boobs in a low-cut top (and don't be shy about nursing in front of him!). When you meet potential new mom friends, tell them about how quickly you lost your "baby weight" and fit into your skinny jeans (great bonding material!). Also, tell them about how your baby slept through the night at 2 weeks and potty trained by the time she turned 1. Moms really love hearing about other kids' accomplishments, so this is sure to be a good icebreaker!

If you're ever stuck for topics to talk about, you might tell them about the hot sex you have with your husband and how helpful he is around the house! Moms love hearing about how great dads are, so why not brag about yours?! And you know what will really cement the bond between you and your new mom friends? If you drop your kids off at their houses without any advance notice. They are sure to take is a compliment that you trust them so much! What mom doesn't love having other people's kids around? You're sure to be friends for life!
