Mom on Parenting: A Little Credit Here!

OK, I guess it would be wise to start by saying that I am a stay-at-home mom and I LOVE IT! I have been home for three years and now have two wonderful children and a husband who has been very supportive. However, every now and then when we have a money problem, a certain significant other points out that it's because there is only ONE income. Also on occasion he will (without coming out and saying it bluntly) say things about how stuff doesn't belong to me because I didn't pay for them. He is a great man and doesn't do this often, but when he does, it feels like a swift punch to the stomach! I cook, clean, do laundry, manage the household, raise two beautiful and well-adjusted children, and, of course, that seems to mean nothing because I don't get a paycheck for it! (Oh yeah, I am a student as well!) So HELLO!! Some credit would be nice every once in awhile!
