Recording the Memories of Motherhood

I'm sad because my son is already 4 and a half months old and we've missed so much because we don't have a video camera. I wanted go get the first time he rolled over, tried cereal, went swimming, laughs, and I've missed it all. :(

We want so bad to be able to get a camera to record these things but after all the bills are paid there's only just enough for groceries and other needs. It seems like we'll never be able to afford one until he's a lot older and then we will have missed EVERYTHING. We also don't have a digital camera either, so the only pictures we take are with our cell phones, but I do the best I can. That's somewhat of a pain though and the quality really isn't very good but I'm not as worried about that as I am about a video camera. I've tried recording videos of Kaden with my cell phone but they looks so horrible, all pixilated and stuff and it only lets you record a 15 second clip. What good does that do? *sigh*

Anyone have any ideas about where and how I can get a camera? Those are memories I can't duplicate and I'll never get them back.
