Extend Maternity Leave

If your postpartum recovery hasn't gone so well, or your baby's health requires you to stay home longer, find out if your employer will allow colleagues who have accrued extra vacation time to "donate" those hours to you so you can extend maternity leave. Some moms report getting three full months of paid maternity leave this way! Get over the guilt about mooching—just ask!
