Don't just wear green on St. Patrick's Day; be green. Avoid using any gas-guzzling motorized vehicle. Ride bikes to school with your kids. Take the bus to the store. Walk to playgroup. One day's resolution can start an earth-friendly tradition with your family. The added bonus? With all those calories you burned walking around all day, you don't have to feel guilty eating an extra serving of shepherd's pie.
