Summer Recipes: Very Berry Pops
- ⅔ cup sugar
- ⅓ cup water
- 3 cups frozen mixed berries, unsweetened
- ½ cup orange juice
- Popsicle molds
- Make a simple syrup by combining the water and sugar in a saucepan and bringing the mixture to a boil. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Blend the berries and orange juice together in a blender until smooth. Pour in ⅓ cup of the simple syrup and blend until combined.
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours. Enjoy!
