Healthy Summer Popsicle Recipe

If your kids love Popsicles but you don't love the sticky syrup and the sugar high, try making healthy ones out of watermelon. Slice and skewer watermelon, then freeze the pieces on a wax-paper-covered cookie sheet. Your kids won't even notice the difference—and you'll be their hero when you offer them seconds (and thirds).
