Summer Watermelon Snow Cone Recipe
What's better than watermelon on a hot summer's day? How about frozen watermelon rolled in rainbow sprinkles and coconut bling?
- Whole Watermelon
- Baking Sheet
- Waxed Paper
- Vanilla Yogurt
- Sweetened Coconut
- Cut watermelon in half.
- Use an ice cream scoop to scoop a round ball of watermelon. Place a scoop of watermelon on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper and put in the freezer for no more than 1 hour.
- Remove; roll in vanilla yogurt, then sweetened coconut.
- Top with sprinkles.
- Serve in a small dish or cup.
