Your vinyl turkey place mats just aren't cutting it compared to the straight-from-the-Pottery-Barn-catalog tablescape that your cousin Sarah put together last year. Use a paring knife to cut holes in the tops of apples and miniature pumpkins. Insert a tea-light candle into each hole and you'll have a catalog-worthy tablescape of your own. Look at you, Miss Design-on-a-Dime. Perhaps Sarah will be calling you for ideas next year.
