My 3-Year-Old Still Sleeps With Me!

My 3-year-old son still sleeps in the bed with me. He always starts out in his bed and then comes in mine in the middle of the night, and my husband gets so fed up with being squished that he leaves and either goes to the couch or my son's bed. I dont know how to get him out and keep him out.
