Breaking Routine

I just ended my relationship with my 28-month-old daughter's father. Since we've moved out, she started throwing two-hour-long tantrums before nap and bed, then she won't sleep through the night.
She will wake up three to 10 times and try to crawl into bed with me. We had started introducing the toilet just before the breakup, but now that's a thing of the past. Just asking if she'd like to use the toilet can open the water ducts.
She is not doing any of this with her father. I've stayed consistent with the bedtime routine: When she gets up out of bed, I give her a kiss and put her back in bed and say good night. This just isn't working. Can anyone help me???
