Need Help Potty Training!

WOW!! I just don't know what to do. My daughter is 23mos. I started potty training at 16mos. We bought a potty, and several kids potty videos (Elmo Potty Time is her fav). About a week after I started, she made her #1 in the potty. We praised her, clapped for her and made a big deal out of how great it was.
Well that is the last time she did that...
She will say "need potty" and we go and take everything off so she can sit and go, but then she turns it into catch my naked butt if you can, or let's turn the bathroom light on and off.
Anyway, I am at such a loss of how to get her to "want" to use the potty. HELP!!! I am so tired of diapers and wipes.
