The Never Ending Potty Battle!

My daughter is turning four in a couple of weeks, and we had her completely potty trained at the age of two. Well, that was until she got a really bad yeast infection from antibiotics.
Now we are having frequent accidents. I have tried everything. I spoke to our doctor and a specialist they said there is absolutely nothing wrong with her physically. I really try hard to remind her to use the potty and to limit liquids.
Has anyone else had this problem? I am really starting to worry.
