HELP!!! My Son Wont Potty Train:(

My son just turned 2 on June 1st and he rips his diapers off whenever they are wet or poopy. Ive gotten him Cars underwear, a toilet seat, and he just will not do it. If I ask him if he has to go, he will run to the bathroom but he wont go. I have two kids in diapers right now and I cant stand him making poopy messes any longer. Someone please help.LOL
