I cook my family's meals on Sundays. I make a couple different meats, vegetables and carbohydrates. It usually takes me around two hours to prepare all the meals for the week, but once it's done, we don't have to worry about cooking for the week. This allows us to eat healthy, home-cooked meals such as baked chicken breast, sautéed green beans and baked yams. I recommend cooking in the oven, as the meals are generally easy to prepare and cook; this also allows for more downtime with your family.
Besides being a mom, Laila Ali is best known as a TV personality and world champion athlete.
