Kristi Yamaguchi on Kids Flu Shots

Submitted by Braden
I like to keep everyone in my family healthy (who doesn't?). So I'm a big fan of getting everyone in my household immunized against the flu. Every year I get my kids flu shots, as well as all of the people around them like myself, my husband, their grandparents and babysitters. It's a smart, easy way to protect your family from getting sick. It is good to remember that you can get vaccinated at any time during the fall, winter and even spring since flu season usually peaks around February or March.

Besides being a mom, Kristi Yamaguchi is best known as an Olympic champion and a "Dancing With the Stars" winner. She's also a spokesperson for the American Lung Association's Faces of Influenza campaign. For more flu info, just check out facesofinfluenza.com.
