Don't Forget the Car
You might think cleaning the car isn't part of "housecleaning," but the car is a representation of your home. If it's a mess, your house is also probably a mess! Friday is our day to clean out the car. As we fill it with gas, we gather up all the trash and toss it. Then I gather up the stuff I need to bring back into the house in a basket. It's a good idea to keep some canvas bags or a basket in the car so you can take everything in at once. And I prefer a soft bag to a crate. It isn't safe to have a large, hard, untethered box in your car. If you slam on the breaks, it could fly around and hit someone. Having a clean car is also a safety issue!

about 40 minutes...30 minutes of that is waiting in line to pick my kids from school. But it is too cold to clean my van out in the winter so it is going to have to wake.
60 minutes on day I just go to work, 90 minutes when I go to school after work.
From 0-8 hours. I'm a stay at home mom, so, if it is nasty out and my son or I don't have an appointment, I might stay in. We try to visit my parents as much as possible. Without having to make frequent stops for my son, the drive is 6 1/2 hours.
Not too much. I live, work, go to church, and go to the gym all on the same street. My sister and her family even live in between my house and work. It's nice not to have spend too much on gas, but I used to enjoy a relaxing country drive on my way to highs school as a kid and I do miss that.
I'm a stay at home mom and I'm only in the car once a week for about an hour
