When Grandpa Is Daddy

I am a teenage mother of a 2-week-old daughter. I live with my father, of course, and with his two young children and their mom.
I am worried that when Logen (my daughter) starts to speak, she will call my Dad "Daddy" and my stepmom "Mommy" instead of me. Any advice?
