Get Out the Door Faster

If it takes you an hour to gather everything you need for a 20-minute visit to the park, keep an extra diaper bag in your car with everything you need: diapers, extra changes of clothes, wipes, etc. Update it with bigger sizes every few months, and you'll always be ready for spontaneous outings ... and explosive diarrhea.
